Variant

The pitchers are upright and slightly inclined, with an erect lid adorned with partial fenestration (white speckling). These white markings are less pronounced than in some upright hybrids that have a higher proportion of Sarracenia leucophylla in their lineage. Well-sunned plants of this hybrid display abundant red veining. Mature pitchers reach a length of 25–50 cm.
