We ship only inside the EU:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping options

Priority parcel with tracking:

Small (weight under 5 kg, smaller box. Not suitable for tall Sarracenia, unless we cut the pitchers) - 10 EUR

Large (weight over 5 kg, or long box for Sarracenia with tall pitchers) - 20 EUR

The e-shop counts the shipping price automatically.

The delivery time depends on country and current situation, it is usually between 3-7 days.

 

Packing

We send the plants bareroot, wrapped in wet sphagnum orpaper towel. We pack the plants carefully so that they do not move in the box during the transport, which prevents damage. Each plant has a label.

We do not cut Sarracenia pitchers when possible, we send whole plants, unless a Small package is chosen as a shipping option, then we can cut the pitchers).

Payment

We accept PayPal payments and bank account transfer. Primary currency for EU countries (except the domestic orders in Czech Republic) is EUR. After receiving an order we always check availability of all purchased plants and after that we send payment details. Therefore you are sure that once you pay, you pay for plants which are available and prepared for you. We do not charge any additional fees (for packing, chosen payment method etc.).

 

Privacy Policy

We gather only personal data which the customer agrees to give us during the registration or checkout in our e-shop. These data are: Name and address, e-mail and phone number, possibly also rights on discounts, wish to receive our e-mail newsletter. We keep a record of previous orders. We use the data for the purpose of sending the orders and our database of sale. We do not share the data with any other subject. We do not use the contacts for other marketing purposes (sending offers, spams etc.).
